Interface files are not provided in PDB format anymore #185

Since version 3, the only format for assembly and interface files is mmCIF. It would be difficult to provide PDB format too because of length restrictions in chain identifiers. But in any case perhaps we could consider providing some sort of best effort PDB-format files.
