Interface detection for coiled-coil proteins appear to be inaccurate #203

Try e.g. 1x8y, the expected BIO assembly is a dimer, the reported one is a monomer.
The reason is that many buried residues here and in similar structures have rather low %BSA (~70) and do not pass the thresholds of 80/90%.

See also #5, which has some relation to this too. Both peptide-protein and coiled coil interfaces are small and don't bury mach area. Thanks for reporting @biocryst !
