Issues with assemblies of ABC transporters

The assemblies of ABC transporter 4FI3 http://eppic-web.org/ewui/#id/4fi3 seem to be wrong, since assemblies 6,7 and 8 are actually the same one but have different engaged interfaces (7 and 8 should have merged into 6).

Also the structure of the assembly seems wrong, since chain F is positioned completely wrong on the side and clashing with other chains. There must be a translation problem that causes that.

The same happens with another ABC transporter 2QI9.

The second issue (clash in structure of the assembly) might have been fixed with upgrade to biojava 5. Needs testing though.
