Expected outcome

xUnit is the goto test framework. We need to rewrite from MSTest to align for this.

Test framework align with Equinor guidelines

User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Tests run successfully

Environments

All testing of issues are done in project-portal-test

For Backend use these

Work to be done

Add xUnit
Remove MSTest packages
Rewrite where necessary
