running absolute and relative paths for --TwoPhaseFlow option #1207
Description
TwoPhaseFlow app runs the setup files by means of importing them as a python module in parun. Absolute and relative path capability in parun could be added. This helps, for instance, if you have automated run scripts organized in a directory separate from the run files.
