Smaug run reads smaug.toml [dragonruby] version value, that works but

Giving that the only version I can download from itch.io is only the latest I would suggest to modify this feature by

• giving a option to ignore the version on smaug run command smaug run --ignore-version
• allowing to launch the game if installed versions as at least one superior version like. in toml would be >5.33
