Clarification on Hot Swap Socket Model

In the [BOM](https://github.com/ergonautkb/ergonautkb.github.io/blob/main/docs/keyboards/ergonaut-one/build-preparations.md#bom) section of the documentation, it states to use KS-27 sockets. I just wanted to confirm those sockets are correct/compatible with the KS-33 Gateron switches stated earlier in the documentation.
