[Feature request] Convert accents to HTML [Encode entities]

It's really a headache to deal with terminal accents. English natives do not understand these problems, but all Latin Americans, Portuguese, Spaniards, French, Russians and others do.

It would be nice if the pup had a command for it to display the already converted result. Here is a table:
