Only 1 of 2 heating circuits is displayed

I have 2 heating circuits, radiators and underfloor heating. Unfortunately, the WEM integration only shows the heating circuit for the radiators. Is there any way to fix this?

How are the radiator and underfloor heating circuits called on your heat pump? I also have both circuits and HA finds them correctly as 1 and 3.

The radiator was called "Heizkoerper" and the underfloor heeating "Fussboden".

I didn’t even know it was possible to rename heating circuits, maybe that is the problem, maybe the integration is looking for heizkreis 3 and cannot find it.

I have the same problem. It displayed both heating circuits correctly for me (also radiator and underfloor heating).
The underfloor heating has been gone for a while (entities are missing).

I would appreciate a solution. I control my heating circuits via HA, and that's currently no longer possible.

Did you already try reloading the integration? I find that after for example a network interruption sensors might become unavailable. Reloading restores them

I have the same problem as "roeckers". The heating circuits are not renamed and reloading the integration did not restore the circuit.

But I´m happy that the integration works again at all - thanks.

I've downloaded and even deleted the integration several times. Unfortunately, none of this helped.
The heating circuit "HZK0" is present, but the second heating circuit "HZK1" isn't listed.
Everything is displayed normally in the iOS app.
I logged into the web portal, and although data for "HZK01" is displayed, nothing can be adjusted there either.
I think it's the manufacturer's fault, not the add-on.

I just saw in the online portal (www.wemportal.de) that the handling of the heating circuits has been changed. Could this possibly be causing an error in the add-on?

That’s not how the portal looks for me but more importantly, the integration reads from the expert / fachman menu, if that does not show correctly it will not be able to read it

The "Expert" user interface is password-protected (probably "11" for every system).

However, both heating circuits are displayed at this level:
HK0

HK1 (which is not displayed)

That is very different from how I see the WEM portal (and I presume how it used to look for you, and how the integration expects it to look).

After I switched from Rpi4B 32 bit to Rpi5 64 bit with HA 2025.6.3, both in the container, there are no more setup errors and almost always both heating circuits...
