React 15.02 upgrade

Can we expect this starter kit be upgraded to React v15 soon?

All packages that depend on React should update first.

I've updated in my own app and I think the only one left that still warns about unsatisfied peer dependencies (though it works fine) is redux-async-connect. Once that supports 15.X it should be clear to upgrade.

redux-async-connect seems to be moving to https://github.com/makeomatic/redux-connect

I've refactored v1 branch, updated docs & published under redux-connect name, original API is mostly compatible, but in some cases have changed (args to objects, for instance). Appropriate tests are there, examples are updates, so there shouldn't be any problem in updating it. brocoders/redux-async-connect#81
