Visual Studio 2019 crashes while attempting to re-attach to a privileged process

I'm using VS 2019 (v16.3.6) and ReAttach (v2.3).

Sometimes I forget to "Run as administrator" my Visual Studio instance. With such instance if I click ReAttach button to re-attach to a privileged process I debugged last time the visual studio crashes and restarts.
