Blank wcs in .fits output header

# Issue
## Problem Description
Currently the wcs of the output fits files do not properly reflect the pixel scale of the final image.
It always defaults to a unit matrix.

## Expected Behavior
Pixel scale should be converted during processing and implemented in the header when fits are requesed

A fix is in progress. This issue is just to track the progress.
