Build API Alternatives

Now that the Build API is gone, does anyone know what the alternatives are?

I need to bundle all of Codemirror and its dependencies into one package to avoid conflicts.

to bundle deps, add ?standalone flag:

Publishing to npm or GitHub is not an option for me because I am building a browser app for building browser apps.
