From our book review:

• Remove recommended extensions section
• Remove rust analyzer configs, esp-generate handles them now
• In "Size and Memory Optimizations"
  • Link to some embassy FAQ items for size/memory
  • Remove the "Reducing Memory Usage" subsection, it's useless
  • Replace the "Using Crates from Git" with a link to embassy's FAQ item that explains this.
• Remove QEMU section
