OTA mention #201
Description
It's not clear where this should go, but we have some ideas about what to put here:
We should:
- Cover the concept of OTA briefly
- Explain the options (currently just esp-idf bootloader format is supported
- Link to espflash explaination on the tooling side
- Link to various bootloader crates as to how to configure on the device side
We should not:
- Get into the details of each format, or mention format specific things (like partition tables)
- Have endless code blocks copying what we have in an example, or the docs from the various bootloader crates.
