Some modules show unhelpful information as their description on the index page

This issue is caused by our weird module structure. pub use-ing modules unstably will generate the documentation from the unstable attribute on top of the pub use. Resolving this issue pretty much requires splatting the soc modules' contents to their function-specific places.
