Tracking removal of upstream peripheral drivers with IDF 6 #531

So far the following is included. Not sure how set in stone specific stuff is but it should get us a headsup. Most of them were deprecated since 5.0 ( i2c was reworkd in 5.4 with breaking changes and old stuff will be removed)
- adc driver in driver/adc
- timer driver in driver/gptimer.h
- dac in driver/dac.h
- temp sensor in driver/temp_sensor.h
- i2c driver
- i2s ( a bigger maybe here, not mention in the above link but indicated through other commits)
