Wi-Fi provisioning support

Hi, is there any way to do Wi-Fi provisioning from Rust (ideally via BLE)? If not, is it possible to do it from C while still using Rust code?

I've added Wi-Fi Easy Connect (DPP) support in #228 and esp-rs/esp-idf-sys#168, though this works via a QR code on compatible mobile phones instead of BLE. It wouldn't be so hard to add the other provisioning options available, such as: https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp-idf/en/latest/esp32/api-reference/provisioning/provisioning.html
