New name

If #95 eventually gets merged, we might have to seek a new name for esp-mbedtls and esp-mbedtls-sys as these would truly be no longer esp32-specific.

mbedtls is already taken on crates.io by the no-longer maintained MbedTLS wrappers.

Other options:

• rs-mbedtls / rs-mbedtls-sys
• mbedtls-rs / mbedtls-rs-sys
• mbedtlsrust / mbedtlsrust-sys
• rumbedtls / rumbedtls-sys

Other ideas? Could be something crazy ala trouble as well. :)

I personally don't mind esp-mbedtls since it used to be esp32 specific, but if it is to be used with other bare-metal SoCs a more generic name would be more appropriate.

I like mbedtls-rs / mbedtls-rs-sys.
