Migration from Sonoff/Tasmota guide should instruct to use OTA/legacy bin for ESP32 #5383

https://github.com/esphome/esphome-docs/blob/current/content/guides/migrate_sonoff_tasmota.md erroniously states to use the factory bin while instructing to OTA via the web interface for the ESP32 platform. It should instead be instructing to use the OTA/legacy file. An image will need to be updated as well, as it pictures selecting the old modern file dialog.
