Cannot connect to HA

I bought two devices, one of them works flawlessly, the second one is giving me trouble connecting to home assistant. The device connects to my network without issues, however when I add it to home assistant I get the following error.

I have tried reinstalling the firmware file from https://esphome.github.io/home-assistant-voice-pe/, and the problem persists. I did manage to install it once, but the device disconnects itself and shows all entities as unrecognized when using the wake word
