etcd connecction refused due to the port num 2379 and2380 is opening on ipv6 instead of ipv4

hi,
i have installed etcd to create the high availability postgresql, but it couldn't able to make communication from the other nodes cuz the port num open whether in localhost or private ip or if i put 0.0.0.0:2379 or [::]:2379 it will open the port in ipv6. so that it couldn't able to make connection.
