Create detailed doc on storage performance and etcd #1016
Description
Our current documentation on good storage for high performance etcd are very scant. Per @serathius we could really use a more detailed doc, which should also cover network storage, since most storage these days is network storage.
@ronaldngounou will work on this with me.
