Feature Request: enable logging of user specified contracts #411
Description
It would be useful if supersim allowed user's to specify contracts that they would like events logged for.
This was a request from @hexshire (wonderland) and would look something like:

This is similar to the logging that is already done on L2toL2CDM events and interop token bridging events.
