Aim for daily tweets quoting parts of the website and other materials

We have an abundance of content on ethereumclassic.org which we should just take random quotes from and tweet for content.

Add a footer with a link to the website.

If ethereumclassic/tweets-etc_network@803327d is such a quote, I would suggest to add "Quotes" in the title and use “ (ALT+0147) & ” (ALT+0148) to put around the quote 🤗
