Schedule a bunch of tweets

we can line up a and pre-approve a bunch of tweets as pull requests without merging them, then just merge them when the schedule is reached

e.g. filename: 2022_09_15_[Scheduled]_TheMerge.tweet

It's quite annoying to have a salvo of tweets, can it be scheduled to tweet every 20min from the [Scheduled] point?
