Description and icon for account

The Twitter account currently just has the description, background and icon inherited from the new account passed to me by Ergo.

Do we want to change it?

This cannot be a pull request (unless twitter-together is able to do that. I will need to do it manually as the owner.

The description in particular feels a bit lame. We maybe want "there is no official anything in ETC" line there, and maybe a link to the pull requests to tweet?

@bobsummerwill pending twitter-together/action#231 which does not look like it will get into the upstream branch, yes, you'll need to do that manually.
