Add ethjs organization to CircleCI

The code coverage for this repository is still set up for when it was under my user account, and Circle won't react until this organization adds it.

You could add me as an org member and I should be able to set this up, @SilentCicero.

There seems to be a weird CircleCI condition where I still can't add this organization to Circle. It doesn't seem to recognize me as even a member of it. Maybe a bug on their end.
