Add integration tests for release assets as part of our CI and release process

It would be nice to automatically test the release assets before publishing a new release. This should be part of our release process and it should be included in the CI workflow in https://github.com/eth-educators/ethstaker-deposit-cli/blob/main/.github/workflows/build.yml .
