Allow the status of an event to be displayed

Allow the status of an event to be indicated in situations where, for example, an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

• In Sanity, add a new Status field
• If a status has been set, display it on the front end.

The Event schema has an eventStatus property to represent the status.
