unable to finish initial process, cannot create service

**Describe the bug **

Can not seems to get past create service after fresh install.
cannot login with first user (admin)

To Reproduce

just installed a fresh Compreface docker.
made sure to wait until install process is completed by keeping an eye on CPU usage and container status
on the login page created first login user (admin), during process 1st message was account created and immediately after a message rejecting user credentials.
created a second user (owner) and login successfully
was presented with the request for providing a application name
next, request for service name and type, but after filling in both fields and pressing "create service", nothing happens

if i logout, i cannot login with first user (admin), second user (owner) can login and immediately after login is presented with message to create application but there is not option to create one.

Expected behavior

succesfully create application and service
