Detect obsolete AWS stacks #302
Description
In the scope of the AI lab @tomuben identified some longer existing AWS cloud formation stacks and related resources, e.g. EC2 instances.
The current ticket requests to take measures to detect and report such resources.
- Add a specific AWS tag to the stacks and resources that should be kept
- Create a Lambda detecting untagged stacks and resources
- Report untagged stacks and resources to our Slack channel
