Investigate JupytherHub support

We got a request to run AI-Lab as a single user notebook in JupyterHub such that multiple user get their own instance of AI-Lab.

A first experimental setup is described in the following archive using the DockerSpawner. However, it uses only the dummy authenticator, because it is only about configuring the AI-Lab startup and not how to configure authentication for JupyterHub which is not specific to AI-Lab.

I think I would need some more introduction here.
Maybe it would also be valuable to describe the setup a little bit more verbosely maybe even adding an image?
I see two Dockerfiles. How do these interact?
