downloadable image has low quality

The first time I used the sorter was in August, when the download image option gave me a 1 MB file. I transferred it to my phone, and it was very clear.. However, every subsequent image I downloaded in September, October, and recently this November were pretty much unreadable on my phone. Was the image default resolution set lower? Also a bug happened in my most recent sorter, pictures for comparison included.
