[ Flatten Array ] Any versus Nil

Spotted in the checks for the Rail Fence Cipher pull:

It seems the discrepancy is betweenAny and Nil which may be a different behaviour coming from a newer rakudo?

So maybe we need to recreate the tests for that exercise.

We seem to be running 2024.10 of rakudo, while current is 2025.03.

I think there is a different repo which has the docker image and we may need to sync with that ?
