Add a function to import all items from path of building files and/or pob.in links.

This would help me a lot as well. I like to try out a lot of builds and trading for all the gems/items/etc is so tedious.

Even just a text import would be nice, so you could type

herald of agony 20q
ice nova l21

and it'd add that to the list. POB allows some export/import by copying groups, so we might make it compatible with that.

How are export/import strings encoded, or any tips where in the code to look to get started?
