Wrong path for clang.exe during installation

I'm trying to install spacy via:
pip install spacy

It fails due this line:
[COMMAND] C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin\clang.exe -c C:\Users\ulvrid\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-u2voij9a\blis_7675d

I have visual studio 2022 installed. LLVM installed too and I have clang.exe located in folder
"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Tools\Llvm\bin"

Why does spacy look for it in "C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin"?
