@expo/react-native-action-sheet is tightly coupled to the old version of React

I noticed that a package was bringing in an old version of `@types/react@npm:18.0.0` into one of my projects and it turns out that it was `@expo/react-native-action-sheet` causing the issue transitively. 

Perhaps if this package is no longer being maintained it could be deprecated?
