Target wasm

With Rust now compiling to wasm and its use as a target becoming popular, it could be worth targeting one of our allocators to wasm. For example, see [here](http://fitzgeraldnick.com/2018/02/09/wee-alloc.html) for a discussion on writing allocators for wasm.
