Hey! Thank you for this amazing tool. Can you let me know how to add 'cited by' and 'citing this' fields as can be seen in some of the example collections (like this http://dynamicgraphs.fbeck.com/)?

Hi! Glad you like the tool.

You can activate the feature by setting the variable citations in properties.js to, for instance:
var citations = { minCitationCount: 5 };

However, the problem is that you need to have the citation information in your bib file (e.g.,references = {Farrugia2011Effective Frishman2008Online Reitz2009Focused}). We only once created these lists for the literature collection on dynamic graphs in a semi-automatic process that involved copying the list of references from PDFs and matching these to the existing papers in the database with a heuristic.

Sorry, we don't have an automatic solution available and the semi-automatic one is also not well-documented or simple to apply.

I hope, at some point, open citation databases with reliable information are available. Else, developing or finding an approach for automatically reconstructing the references from PDFs or publisher web pages might be an alternative. Any suggestions appreciated.
