Drop IE11 support

Thank you for this wonderful lightweight alternative to jQuery. Now that Google et al dropped IE11 support, I'm wondering how much smaller this library could get with dropping support too.

Did the maintainers already discuss that or even checked it?

It should be dropped, but I think the difference in bundle size would be insignificant, and I don't exactly remember which bits were IE11-specific now 🤣

@AgentSmith0 Probably not gonna happen, because it requires a significant amount of work to check which bits were for IE11, for very little benefit (only a few small things were for IE11). We can just say that IE11 support is dropped I guess, but without actually dropping it it seems pointless.
