bounding box way too small

see attached file. There the box is 82cm (correct) x ca 40cm (too short)

colors should be solid black (cut) and solid mark(red). But visicut detects 3 different colors.
Maybe the third color is not respected when calculating the box?

Hmm, looking at the zipped svg with inkscape gives ~58cm x ~60cm. And no colors. @jnweiger ?!

In inkscape 0.93 it looks like this:

Selecting the one group that is there shows it is 89.6 cm high.
Zooming in to see the gaps, there are red connectors in the gaps.

The bounding box I saw looked like a bounding box of all red connectors, as if there were no black.

I use Ctrl-A to select everything and Inkscape (0.92) still gives me a ~60x60 bounding box.

And, yes, I see the reds when zooming in.

ca 60 x 60 is okayish, the rest is cropped away with a mask at top and bottom. It is probably correct to ignore these croppings. I am concerned that visicut found a bounding box that is only 40cm wide.

With head of our thunderlaser branch (and both openjdk-11 or openjdk-8) I also get the null-pointer exception. :-(
