Thunderlaser: VisiCut sometimes includes the origin in the dimensions

seem to disagree with

Users get scared, assuming yet another harmful scaling bug.
In reality, it is a simple translation issue.

The page is 750mm by 500mm.
X: 14.147+719.495 = 733.642
Y: 500-52.761 = 447.239

VisiCut appears include a non-existant 0-sized object at the top left corner of the page.
This has no effect, if the object starts at the top left corner of the page, or overlaps into negative X and on the top.

It happens, when the object is "in the middle" of the page, but not always.
