Introduction: silhouette studio is not capable of cutting with second Tool without loops and hooks , and even with them result is bad it looks like that .This suppose to be squar.

This extention with "pen" tool is capable of cutting with second Tool Holder without loops and hooks ,however it cuts somewhat rounded.
It suppose to be squars.

In the options of the blade settings is a field 'Diameter of the used blade' i assume it should help with this problem , but it seemingly does nothing.

Could someone share thhe light on this Issues , is it even possible to cut normal with Second Tool Holder?

p.s Update i changed subtool from "pen" to "autoblade" and 'Diameter of the used blade' started to work and impact cuts.
I managed to make it look like this. Its not perfect but muuch better

I think the compensation of the blade diameter is disabled completely (by the device, not by the extension) when used as a Pen.
This would explain why you don't see any effect.
And it would explain the rounded corners you observe too, because the blade is dragged behind after a sharp corner.

I don't have a device with a second tool, so I do not know, if there is a way to disable the hooks and loops.

I would set the tool to blade and try other diameters.

thank you for your answer))

p.s Update i changed subtool from "pen" to "autoblade" and than to "сut" and 'Diameter of the used blade' started to work and impact cuts.
I managed to make it look like this. Its not perfect but muuch better. Still was not able to make it perfect. Best result were on 1.8-2.0 mm , 2.1-2.3 mm make them rounded again.
