fabric8 can't work with kubenetes 1.10.x

from k8s 1.10:
kube-apiserver: the root /proxy paths have been removed (deprecated since v1.2). Use the /proxy subresources on objects that support HTTP proxying. (#59884, @mikedanese)

I think it's the problem.
And there are many other changes in 1.10 need to validate.

Hope fabric8 can support k8s 1.10.x soon.

fabric8 is too hard to install , every one will give up
