New release?

The changes from #140 enable new use cases and it would be great if they were released. Specifically, privacypass depends on them and publication on crates.io is currently blocked because of that.

Would you consider a new release? I can prepare a PR if you like.

Sure thing, will release by the end of the week hopefully. Are you aiming to have #143 in the new release as well?

Perfect. It would be great to include #143 as well (I can't merge it myself). Other dependencies like rng, rng_core, and subtle are also quite outdated. I can submit one more PR for that if you like.

To unblock, I will first create a pre-release for the current main branch (before #145 is incorporated). And then after reviewing #145 we can cut another pre-release which includes that. How does that sound?

That's great! There is no particular rush on my side. I just wanted to get the ball rolling so that I can publish the privacy pass crate on crates.io someday.
