Is Nuclide-definition-preview supposed to be working with remote Nuclide server?

Issue and Steps to Reproduce

Connect to nuclide server and try to use Nuclide-definition-preview in IDE.

Expected Behavior

Definition preview shows up as it does with local project.

Actual Behavior

Definition preview doesn't show up.

Versions

• Atom: 1.32.0 x64
• Nuclide: 0.357.0
• Client OS: MacOS 10.14
• Server OS (optional): Debian 8
