Newer algorithms

two of them I would like to see added:
1) CMA with Margin - this is supposed to be more effective on integer and mixed integer problems. It is a part of the cmaes library:  https://pypi.org/project/cmaes/.
2) Any of the RBF methods. A recent one with Python implementation is DOSS:  https://zenodo.org/records/13731558 - see paper https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12532-024-00267-7
