Add jest support for Node > 18

Current Behavior

The current test workflow runs Jest tests against Node.js versions 14, 16, and 18.

Expected Behavior

In addition to the existing Node.js versions, the test workflow should also run Jest tests against the two most recent LTS versions of Node.js: v20 and v22.
