I am exploring the possibility of using std_msgs::msg::String in ROS 2 with a self-descriptive JSON payload in the data field. Since I don’t want to lose the powerful plotting capabilities of PlotJuggler, I’m wondering if PlotJuggler can parse the JSON (either at runtime or not) and plot its fields as if they were part of a custom ROS 2 message.
